A friend of mine sent these to me … enjoy!

Cake Flour

9 ½ oz White Rice Flour

7 ¼ oz Potato Starch

7 ¼ oz Tapioca Starch

AP Flour

5 ¼ oz White Rice Flour

14 ¼ oz Potato Starch

1 ¼ oz Guar Gum

3 1/3 oz Albumen (powdered egg whites)

Bread Flour

9 oz White Rice Flour

6 oz Tapioca Starch

6 oz Soy Flour

3 oz Whey Powder
